Back Drive Decanter Centrifuge Control Panels, both 3 and 5 speed, similar to the Basic Decanter Control Panel with additional components necessary to provide back drive functionality as well as oversight and control of undesirable differential speeds. Available in NEMA 4x stainless steel and NEMA 7 Class I Division I enclosures.
Shoot Control Panels
Basic Shoot Control Panels designed to directly replace old timer units. These simplistic, very affordable panels, base on the Twido PLC, provide the functionality normally associated with timer controlled panels including: start up, basic shoot control and shut down. Parameters monitored include: up-to-speed, bowl open, and bowl closed. Alarms include: fail to shoot, fail to close, and motor overload. Status indication lights convey operational and alarm information as required.
Advanced Shoot Control Panels designed for maximum flexibility with feature rich user controls to accommodate most of the more advanced vertical centrifuges. These panels, designed around the Modicon M 340 PLC and the Magelis XBT GT touch screen, can be configured by the operator (password protectable) to control, monitor, and provide alarms most every operational aspect including: complex shoot cycles including purge, prime, flush, CIP, multi cycle; monitoring and data logging for total run time, process time, total shoot cycles, motor load, vibration, process rate (applicable sensors required); and alarm indications for any abnormal operating condition such as fail to open, fail to close, low water pressure, low oil level, fail to reach processing speed, high motor load, and high vibration. These panels also include easy to use decision base troubleshooting screens to assist alarms and faults related to the centrifuges as well as the control panel, Variable Frequency Drive (if equipped), and ancillary sensors.
