GTech-HilTech is a full service decanter centrifuge facility offering repairs, rebuilds, retrofits, and upgrades for most of the major decanter manufactures. We are uniquely qualified to address all of the mechanical and fabrication as well as the control panel and integration requirements that you may have. Our extensive inventory of replacement and upgrade parts ensures that we can respond to your needs quickly.
Our facility utilizes Schenck hard bearing balancing units as well as portable field balancing and vibration analysis instruments. All of our balancing and vibration technicians are Schenck factory trained.
Machining
HilTech's machine shop features late model machine tools selected specifically to meet our requirements related to decanter centrifuge component part manufacturing. We work closely with our raw material vendors to produce high quality, competitively priced, replacement parts as well as custom machined items to meet our customer's needs.
